2 Lady Florists is located in the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. Taking inspiration from nature, the beautiful landscapes, rugged mountains, wild waterfalls, and rivers. We love nothing more than creating wild wedding flowers for couples with a sense of adventure.
Our signature style is abundant, wild, and natural, with a big emphasis on seasonal flowers full of texture, tone, and colour.
Our designs are spontaneous, inspired by the seasons. Don’t worry about being a flower expert or about knowing what’s in season – we are happy to show you what will be gorgeous at the time you are getting married.
Your Wedding Flower Adventure
Step One: Availability
The first step is to check our availability once you’re venue and date are set.
The exciting part of opening our books to take weddings flower booking as a new business is we have dates available in 2022 & 2023 when lots of other florists are already fully booked.
Step Two: What to expect from the initial consultation
The next steps are to arrange a free consultation at 2 Lady Florists HQ, or at your venue. If you’re not local to South Wales you may prefer a zoom consultation. We like to ask lots of questions to find out as much we can about you as a couple. Your floral loves and hates (just as important) and what makes you click and tick. Our approach is to get an idea of the style and ‘feel’ that is close to your heart and to find the seasonal flowers that are available so we can fill your wedding day with perfume and naturally beautiful style.
This is the start of our creative journey together and sharing your ideas helps us build a plan. We want to design floral creations that reflect you as a couple and complement and enhance your chosen venue.
We will then create everything together in a visual quote that will show you the suggested colours and styles. The mood board will be emailed to you shortly after our meeting.
To allow us to devote enough time to each of our couples we will only take on a few weddings each month. Drawing on our years of experience in project management, design implementation and working to tight deadlines we will tie this all together with our artizan floral fabulousness flair. We will treat every wedding as if we were flowering our own to make sure it’s uniquely personal to YOU the special wedding couple.
Step Three: Pricing
All our quotes are bespoke and tailor-made to each couple. In these initial stages we give a ‘starting from price’ and ‘up to price’ which shows various pricing options on offer to suit your budget. (Please note that there is a minimum order value of £1,250.00 for our wedding flower service).
Once you’re happy that we can fulfill your flower vision and would like to secure us as your wedding florist we begin our adventure together. We send you an invoice for a £200.00 non-refundable booking fee. We allow 7 days for the payment to be made, when it’s confirmed we book you into our Diary as the only wedding on your chosen date.
Your booking fee will be deducted from your final bill which is due 5 weeks prior to your big day.
Step 4: Flexibility
Your initial quote does not need to be set in stone, we will work with you on tweaks or changes up to 5 weeks before your big day. We will keep your mood board updated so that you have a clear picture of what we will be creating for you on your wedding day.
Step 5: Your Wedding Day
We will deliver your bridal flowers on the morning of your wedding at a time that you decide. Buy us handing your bridal flowers directly to you we can be sure that you are completely happy with everything.
We will then go to your wedding venue and transform it into the flower heaven you have imagined. We handle all the setup and installations so you can relax and enjoy your special day to the max. You and your guests can then experience the ‘WOW’ moment when you walk into your venue and see its floral transformation.
We will always include your delivery and set up costs in your quotes so there are no hidden surprises.
